Last year ended well with Faith & Associates and was rewarded a trip to Hongkong for 4 days with my husband. Axa has been very generous for our trip to HongKong. Beautiful accomodation and VIP treatment throughout the whole journey. Ceo, Mr. Loke Kah Meng brought us to Lamma Island by an hour's ferry ride to feast on seafood eg lobsters, abalone, crabs..... It was a great and sumptous meal. Thank you Mr. Loke. We also visited a few famous tourist attraction such as Madame Tussuad, Ocean Park... Enjoy our video to HongKong. Our Holiday 2011.. Beautiful Hong Kong..

One of the thing I love about being the Life Insurance industry for more than 11 years is being able to go for holidays every year... for FREE!!!

I used to work in a bank as a Bank Teller for 4 years 17 years ago. I have never thought I could afford even a proton wira let alone going for any overseas holidays with the income I then. I've been to so many countries since then.

But thanks to Life Insurance industry, not only I can afford to go for wonderful luxurious holidays every year, I have the time to go whenever I feel like going. I guess life is about being able to have a choice when to have fun. Don't you agree with me?

Well... I look forward to our next year's Hong Kong trip with my partners in this business. Stay focused and take charge!

Love,
Faith Lin

Life Insurance Claim in Hong Kong

This is the reason why Life Insurance is so important and why I have chosen this career as a lifetime career. I find this career very fulfilling in being able to help families during the times when they are in need. Enjoy this video!

Our Deepest Fear

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,

gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Be a leader who unleash people's potential...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vB59PkB0eQ

Being in a leadership role in the Life Insurance or even in other careers is not a very easy task. I've seen leaders who have been so nice and lenient, allowing people in their team to do whatever they want. Their people are very happy but yet people still leave the industry because they couldn't survive as they did not the money to sustain their lifestyle. Yet if a leader is too strict or even slightly strict, the leader would be labelled as being mean and feelingless. I guess it is a balance of both but how do we measure what is right and wrong as being a leader? I feel is the intention and the love for the people in our team. No matter if you are too lenient or too strict, it is the intention of helping an individual to be where he wants to be and unleash his or her fullest hidden potential which the individual didn't even realize matters most to me.

In my life, I have seen people going through good and bad times. I've seen my people in the initial stage of their lives who can't pay their utilities or even their parents' medical bills and really left me thinking if their lives has to be that way when deep in my heart.. I know the answers. I know that we can have the kind of life exactly how we want it. How do we then help the individuals. I'm still in the journey of learning but I believe it is the love of our people so much that I am willing to be honest, willing to go through the criticism and willing to persevere to bring that individual who are willing to be where there want to be. The above video is a demonstration of that love and passion of a leader.
