EVERYONE IS A WINNER...

The Power of Belief by Anthony Robbins. *Share with me how you feel after you listen to this.

Someone ask me this morning,"Do you have faith in everyone" and my reply is yes. I have faith that everyone of us are born a winner and can achieve whatever we want in life. The only problem is this, most people don't believe in themselves and that's the saddest thing in life. Some not only don't believe in themselves, they are so strong in their beliefs that they are not going to be successful in life, they made others believe in that too.

Scary as it may sound but it is true. I have met with lots of people who behaves this way. I believe you too. That's why I am so thankful to the supportive and successful friends whom I am surrounded with. Whatever achievement I have, I want to thank all these people and most importantly, I want to thank one very important person... and that is.. myself. Have anyone of you thank yourself for believing in you? Isn't that the most important person who contributed in your success? If you are very successful today, probably you have believed in yourself enough to achieve what you want. Isn't that true? If you have not achieve much, then start believing in yourself. You have all it takes to be rich, successful, happy, joyful and have anything you want in life. Start believing...

Love,

Faith

Too young to be successful?

I'm too young. Probably another next 10 years more...
I'm too old....

That's some of the remarks from some of the people whom I spoke to when I ask them about what they want in life and whether they have a plan how to achieve the things they want in life.

I'm not saying that young people can get rich quick without doing anything or they don't have to learn anything to get rich and successful. I am saying that there are young people in early twenties who made their millions in this world. What I am saying is that, no matter what age we are in, we can be what we want to be as long as we "BELIEVE". That easy? I believe some of you might be thinking that way but yes. I have practice that on certain things I want in life and it is true. There is a dvd called "The Secrets" which I am very thankful that it was produced. I have watched it more than 10 times now and everytime I watch it, I understand deeper what certain things mean. It is something seems so simple, yet many failed to apply it. I guess some have doubts about what it is taught in "The Secrets". Hey... believing means... even watching The Secrets, you gotta believe it! It is that simple, just Believe yet it takes a lot of effort to practice that we are the ones who attract everything into our lives.

I give you a very simple example for what I am saying today. Go to this link http://www.forbes.com/billionaires/2008/03/03/youngest-billionaires-rich_08billspreview_cz_lk_0304youngest_slide_7.html?thisSpeed=15000
and read about some successful people who have achieve success. They come in all ages.

We are definitely going to go through challenges on our way to success. I believe that's the way we are going to grow as obstacles strengthen us and make us a stronger person.

Whatever age we are in, if we believe in our selves that we are going to achieve what we want in life, we will and vice versa. If you believe you are going to do better than experienced business people eventhough you are just 18 years old, you have created a reality for yourself that will move towards that direction.

So what do you want in life? Whatever you want, you will get it as long as you believe!! So, please be careful of what you wish for...... because you are going to get it....

Love,
Faith

Things you should know if buying Life Insurance

Things you should know about Life Insurance in Malaysia:

1. There are several types of insurance under the Life Insurance companies:

a) Term Insurance

b) Whole life

c) Endowment

d) Investment Linked

e) Takaful

2. Whole-life or Investment-Linked policies returns' are not guaranteed. It is only base on projections.

3. Keep your investing and insurance strictly separate.
There are better places to invest - and without the high commissions of whole-life policies.

That is if you are going to buy whole life policies.

However, I do find Investment-Linked policies very interesting as it combines with good investments port folio and yet at the same time, the coverage provided in investment-linked policies are much lucrative than whole life policies in terms of the same premium.

4. Buy enough coverage to fill your needs.
Life insurance is no place to skimp, especially with rates at historic lows. To me, the best is buy according to your budget and according to your needs.

5. Match the term of the policy to your needs.
You want the policy to last as long as it takes for your dependents to leave the nest - or for your retirement income to kick in.

6. Buy when you're healthy.
Older people and those not in the best of health pay steeply higher rates for life insurance - so buy as early as you can, but don't buy until you have dependents or when you realised that you have some health problems.
Strange but I have met with people who told me that they will get themselves an insurance policy when they need it. When there is a hospitalisation yesterday, do we need insurance coverage to pay for our medical bills? Yes, but we can't buy a policy anymore.
I realised this, we can only buy an insurance policy when we don't need it because when we need it, we make claims from it. Think about it...

7. Tell the truth.
There's no sense in shading the facts on your application to get a lower rate. Be assured that if a large claim is made, the insurance company will investigate before paying. During the claim if the insurance company found out of non-disclosure, they have the right not to pay the claim. So be honest!
