Being in a leadership role in the Life Insurance or even in other careers is not a very easy task. I've seen leaders who have been so nice and lenient, allowing people in their team to do whatever they want. Their people are very happy but yet people still leave the industry because they couldn't survive as they did not the money to sustain their lifestyle. Yet if a leader is too strict or even slightly strict, the leader would be labelled as being mean and feelingless. I guess it is a balance of both but how do we measure what is right and wrong as being a leader? I feel is the intention and the love for the people in our team. No matter if you are too lenient or too strict, it is the intention of helping an individual to be where he wants to be and unleash his or her fullest hidden potential which the individual didn't even realize matters most to me.

In my life, I have seen people going through good and bad times. I've seen my people in the initial stage of their lives who can't pay their utilities or even their parents' medical bills and really left me thinking if their lives has to be that way when deep in my heart.. I know the answers. I know that we can have the kind of life exactly how we want it. How do we then help the individuals. I'm still in the journey of learning but I believe it is the love of our people so much that I am willing to be honest, willing to go through the criticism and willing to persevere to bring that individual who are willing to be where there want to be. My Trip to Paris April 09

I feel so blessed to be able to go to Paris and I was extremely privilege as the company I am working with, AXA, has sent me there for free. For 11 years being in the Life Insurance business, I have learnt something great about holidays. Guess what is the best holidays I've ever had?.. Got it? Well... the best holidays which I ever had are FREE HOLIDAYS!!!! Love it and will get it every year...
